Our Story

From the moment we partied the night away in a clear marquee at a friends’ outdoor wedding in Auckland, we knew we had to bring these unique marquees to Taranaki. Ensuring that people getting married in one of the most beautiful regions in the world could also enjoy dancing the night away under the stars.

In the spring of 2017 we bought our first clear marquee and started Marquee & Co. We’ve absolutely loved our experiences over the last two years. We have seen inspiring locations and stunning creations and styling with our clear marquees.

Working with clear marquees creates the amazing setup for beautiful wedding images, provides shelter and compliments any outdoor wedding location. It gives a timeless, unique and unforgettable ambiance.

Fast forward from 2017, our clear marquees can now be completely custom build to suit weddings for 30 to 250 guests. We’ve also added our furniture hire range and have built strong connections with unique outdoor wedding locations around Taranaki.


We used a clear marquee from Marquee and Co for our big day and it was so stunning!! Along with gorgeous tables and chairs from them really set the scene. Highly recommend!!!! At Marquee & Co we know what’s important in creating a smooth operation in unique outdoor settings. Taranaki has some amazing outdoor locations and we know you want your event to be one of a kind. No location is out of bounds with us and we’ll do everything we can to bring your vision to life. We’re a friendly bunch here at Marquee & Co and can’t wait to talk with you about your outdoor wedding plans!

We pride ourselves on being open and honest. From the moment you get in touch, we will provide you with everything you need to know about the marquees, furniture options and the cost. We’re also here to give you advice on what will work well with your chosen venue and number of guests. Chances are, we’ve already worked together with the venue of your choice in the past and would know what works well within that space. But if we haven’t (i.e. you have a private property), we will arrange a site visit with you so that we understand the space and your vision.

Once you’ve booked with Marquee & Co, there will be no surprises, no fuss or any hidden costs. We’ll be there to set up in the days leading up to your wedding and we’ll work together with you or your stylists of choice to make the marquee look amazing!
